Simple security posture. Clear ownership. Fewer moving parts.
anSofts tools are designed to be understandable, deployable and controllable. Security starts with reducing unnecessary complexity.
Baseline practices
- Security headers are emitted from PHP where possible.
- No third-party CDN requirement for the public website assets.
- Self-hosted products can keep files under your infrastructure.
- Authentication and password hashing are used where private access is required.
- Direct file exposure is avoided in private tools whenever possible.
Operational principle
Do the boring things correctly: sanitize input, minimize dependencies, protect private storage and keep the code readable enough that a technician can audit it under pressure.
Security is a process, not a badge.
For sensitive deployments, add logging, backup strategy, TLS verification and periodic review of hosting permissions.
